Due to high demand, our appointment schedule is often booked well in advance. While availability may be limited, appointment openings can arise as schedules change throughout the week.

If your preferred appointment date or time is unavailable, we strongly encourage you to join our waitlist. Our waitlist is actively managed, and we regularly contact guests when appointment openings become available.

If our scheduled appointment times do not align with your availability, you are also welcome to call the studio to inquire about same-day appointment opportunities.

Please note that we do not offer online booking. Scheduling directly with our team allows us to provide a more personalized booking experience, effectively manage our availability, and ensure that each guest is paired with the most appropriate technician and appointment time.

To ensure the highest level of service for all guests, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

A grace period of up to 10 minutes may be accommodated when the schedule allows. Arrivals beyond this timeframe may require a shortened service or rescheduling at the discretion of your service provider.

Haircut appointments require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Chemical services require a minimum of 48 hours' notice.

Late cancellations made within the required notice period, as well as missed appointments, significantly impact our schedule and ability to accommodate other guests. Guests who accumulate more than one no-show or more than two late cancellations will automatically forfeit pre-booking privileges.

To ensure accuracy and smooth scheduling, all appointments must be confirmed via email, text message, or phone.

Confirmation requests are sent prior to each appointment. If we do not receive a response, a follow-up phone call will be made. A final reminder is also sent two (2) hours before the scheduled appointment time.

To maintain a relaxing, professional, and focused environment for both our guests and service providers, only the guest receiving services should be present in the studio during their appointment.

The guest who arrives for the appointment must be the same individual who is scheduled in our booking system. Appointments reserved for one guest may not be transferred to another individual upon arrival or without prior notice. Each appointment time is specifically allocated for a designated guest, and we may not be able to accommodate last-minute changes or substitutions.

Each guest receives the full time, attention, and quality of service reserved specifically for them.

To maintain a clean, comfortable, and relaxing environment for all guests, outside food is not permitted within the studio.

Covered outside beverages are welcome; however, we kindly ask that guests exercise caution to avoid spills near salon equipment, furnishings, and service areas.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a pleasant atmosphere and ensure the comfort of all guests throughout their visit.

To preserve the relaxing atmosphere of our studio, we kindly ask all guests to be mindful of noise levels throughout their visit.

Mobile devices should be placed on silent upon arrival. If you need to take or make a phone call, we ask that conversations be conducted in the lobby or outside the studio rather than in shared service areas.

To maintain a peaceful environment for all guests, please keep conversations at a considerate volume. We also ask that the shampoo room remain a quiet space free from phone use and conversation, allowing all guests to fully relax and enjoy their experience.

We are happy to provide reasonable service refinements when appropriate. As all services are performed by trained professionals and require time, products, and expertise, all service sales are final and non-refundable.

While monetary refunds are not offered, we are committed to working with you to achieve the desired result whenever possible.

Beginning January 2026, haircut services will be available exclusively for guests age five (5) and older. All haircut services are priced according to our standard haircut menu and are not discounted based on age. Children's haircut pricing is not offered.

As a Davines Titanium Salon, we proudly partner with a carefully selected collection of professional, sustainable brands that reflect our values and standards of excellence. To ensure consistent results and protect the integrity of your hair and scalp, we are unable to use products supplied from outside the salon during any service.

Due to the nature of professional beauty products, all retail sales are final.

Haircare products may be exchanged within seven (7) days of purchase if they are gently used or unopened.

For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare products, brushes, accessories, styling tools, and all other specialty items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
