Her vision was to create a hair studio where every guest receives the highest level of service, care, and attention from start to finish. With over 23 years of experience as a stylist in the Midlothian area, Rebekah has trained with global beauty professionals across the United States, and her work has been featured in local magazines and photography publications. She is especially passionate about cutting and coloring, and she loves creating complete, cohesive looks tailored to each guest. As both an owner and stylist, Rebekah remains deeply grounded and dedicated, with her guests and salon designers always her top priority. Her commitment to both people and craft is at the heart of everything she does, making her a trusted and dependable presence within the industry and her community.

Licensed since 2009, Cheree joined Serendipity, a leading hair studio, in 2023, relocating to Richmond from Boise, Idaho. With a background rooted in innovation, professionalism, and creativity, she brings a thoughtful and modern approach to her craft as one of the top beauty professionals in the industry. Cheree values education and clear communication as the foundation of every guest experience, using both to guide personalized recommendations and achieve beautifully tailored results. Specializing in weft hair extensions, she offers customized solutions designed to add natural-looking length, volume, and density while maintaining the health and integrity of the hair. Her technique is focused on seamless blending, comfortable wear, and results that move and style effortlessly with natural hair. Whether enhancing fullness with weft extensions, creating sun-kissed, lived-in blondes, or refining bold, fashion-forward cuts, Cheree, along with her team of salon designers, is dedicated to delivering elevated, personalized results with precision and care.

Licensed since 2010, Jillian joined Serendipity, a premier hair studio, in 2015. With a creative flair for the arts and a passion for fashion from a young age, she pursued her dream after serving in the United States Air Force by completing cosmetology school in Maine. As a committed beauty professional, Jillian stays up-to-date with the evolving trends and continuous education in her craft. Her true passion lies in creative color techniques such as balayage, color-melting, and ombre; she’s been trained in them all. Jillian’s enthusiasm for her trade shines through in her work with each guest that sits in her chair. Beyond her role behind the chair, Jillian proudly serves as the Apprenticeship Educator at Serendipity, where she mentors and inspires the next generation of salon designers. She is dedicated to education and takes pride in fostering a supportive, hands-on learning environment that helps aspiring artists grow in confidence, skill, and creativity.

Licensed since 2002, Leah joined Serendipity in 2016 and has become one of the highly experienced beauty professionals at the hair studio. As a Master Stylist with a true passion for working with all hair types and textures, she is Aveda-trained and specializes in precision razor cutting for both men and women. This technique brings softness, movement, and effortless shape to every look. Leah’s dedication to her craft has taken her to international hair shows and advanced education, including training with Nick Arrojo of What Not to Wear. Known for her thoughtful and attentive approach, Leah is an exceptional listener. Her guests, who appreciate her ability to understand their needs, benefit from her talent as a salon designer, translating their visions into personalized, wearable results and practical haircare solutions.

Licensed since 2006, Stacey joined Serendipity, a leading hair studio, in 2017, where she has continued to elevate her craft as one of the top beauty professionals. Through advanced training with world-renowned artists and ongoing education in the latest trends and techniques, she brings both passion and precision to her work. Always inspired by the ever-evolving world of hair design, Stacey specializes in customized color and expertly crafted variations of bobs and short haircuts, ensuring each look is modern and tailored to her guests. Known among salon designers for her meticulous attention to detail, Stacey combines technical skill with a patient, thoughtful approach. Her focus on individuality allows her to design styles that not only enhance each guest’s features but also reflect their personal style with confidence and creativity.

Licensed since 2016, Jessica joined Serendipity, a leading hair studio, in 2015 while completing the final stage of her cosmetology training. She sought an apprenticeship program among beauty professionals that offered a higher level of advanced education and hands-on experience. With a presence in the industry since 2013, Jessica successfully completed her apprenticeship in 2015. Her refined artistic eye is evident in every aspect of her work, and she is especially passionate about highlighting and haircutting. Additionally, she excels in creating elegant evening and special occasion styles. Jessica is now also trained in weft hair extensions, enabling her to provide customized solutions that offer added length, volume, and seamless, natural-looking results. She takes great pride in the transformation process, relishing the confidence boost that accompanies a fresh, new look for her guests. As a dedicated salon designer focused on growth and excellence, Jessica pursues ongoing education and remains excited to evolve her skills and artistry throughout her career.

Licensed since 2014, Brie joined Serendipity Hair Studio in 2021 after relocating to Richmond from her hometown in Maryland. She began her career and training while still in high school, building a strong foundation under the guidance of several highly skilled salon designers. With a true passion for balayage, Brie focuses on creating beautifully customized color that enhances each guest’s natural features and personal style. She is known for forming genuine connections with her guests, taking the time to understand their lifestyle, personality, and hair goals to deliver a truly personalized experience. Committed to growth and excellence, Brie prioritizes continued education to stay current with modern techniques and evolving trends within the beauty professionals community. Above all, her goal is for every guest to leave her chair feeling confident, refreshed, and their absolute best.

Licensed since 2018, Mackenzie is a dedicated beauty professional with over eight years of experience behind the chair. She is passionate about creating customized looks in her hair studio that help every guest feel confident and beautiful. After earning her cosmetology license in Harrisonburg, Virginia, Mackenzie completed an intensive associate program under the mentorship of accomplished master salon designers, building a strong foundation in both technique and guest care. Specializing in hair color, from dimensional blonding and lived-in color to vibrant fantasy shades, she enjoys working with all hair types and textures. Mackenzie is committed to providing a welcoming, inclusive experience where every guest feels comfortable, valued, and cared for. Through ongoing education, she continues to refine her skills and stay current with the latest trends and techniques to deliver exceptional results.

Licensed since 2020, Laura joined Serendipity hair studio in 2017, beginning her journey as a beauty professional through our apprenticeship program where she pursued her passion for helping others feel confident and beautiful. From the start, her goal has been to enhance the natural beauty of each guest and create looks that reflect their individuality. After training under Serendipity’s master salon designers, she earned her cosmetology license in July 2020. Laura enjoys working with all hair types and has a strong passion for all aspects of color, including balayage and highlighting techniques. Committed to continued education and professional growth, she consistently expands her knowledge to ensure every guest receives a thoughtful, elevated, and personalized experience.

Licensed since 2024, Grace has always had a huge passion for art and creative design. Her journey began in welding school, where she discovered her love for crafting and designing with her hands. This passion eventually led her to the world of hair design at a leading hair studio, where she combines creativity with meaningful connections. Grace is proud to have completed Serendipity Hair Studio’s renowned cosmetology apprenticeship program in 2024, training under some of the best salon designers in the industry. Every day, she strives to grow as a stylist by learning new techniques and finding inspiration. What she loves most about her work is connecting with people. Hearing her guests' stories—their trials and triumphs—and helping them feel their absolute best is what drives her daily. Grace believes in creating a comfortable, down-to-earth environment where her guests feel valued and cared for. Her compassionate, loyal approach ensures every guest leaves feeling seen, heard, and beautiful.

Licensed since 2025, Riley's passion for hair began early and has continued to grow throughout her career as a beauty professional. She embarked on her journey in the beauty industry at just 14 years old as a salon runner and apprentice at Serendipity, where she trained under owner and Elite Master Designer, Rebekah. During high school, Riley attended the Chesterfield Technical Center, where she earned her cosmetology license. Now, with five years as part of the Serendipity team, Riley is dedicated to expanding her knowledge and refining her craft through ongoing education and hands-on experience in this vibrant hair studio. She is passionate about helping every guest feel refreshed, confident, and relaxed from the moment they sit in her chair. Riley's favorite services involve precision haircutting and customized hair color, resulting in beautiful, personalized outcomes. She especially enjoys completing each appointment with a polished blowout and style, ensuring every guest leaves feeling their absolute best. Her goal is to provide a welcoming, relaxing salon experience while creating stunning hair that her guests love.

Ryna joined Serendipity, a premier hair studio, in 2019 and has been the driving force behind the studio’s daily operations ever since. With more than a decade of experience in guest relations, she is dedicated to ensuring that every guest receives the exceptional service and personalized experience that define Serendipity. Her passion for building genuine connections, alongside her love for the beauty industry, makes her an invaluable part of the Serendipity team of beauty professionals. Whether she’s assisting guests, supporting the salon designers, or helping create a seamless experience behind the scenes, Ryna is committed to making everyone feel welcomed and cared for. Outside of the studio, Ryna is a devoted foodie and music lover who is always on the hunt for her next great meal or live concert. When she’s not exploring local restaurants or enjoying live music, she loves spending quality time with family and friends.

Cheryl joined the Serendipity team in 2018, but her connection to the salon began years earlier as a loyal guest starting in 2013. Her firsthand experience with the Serendipity culture and guest experience makes her a natural fit for the front desk team. With a strong background in customer service and a genuine passion for connecting with people, Cheryl is dedicated to ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and cared for from the moment they walk through the door of this renowned hair studio. Whether she's assisting over the phone or greeting guests in person, her warm personality and attention to detail help create the exceptional experience that beauty professionals and salon designers strive for. When she's not at the salon, Cheryl enjoys spending time with her family and sharing her love of baking by creating delicious homemade treats for her teammates.

Sumayya joined Serendipity, a leading hair studio, in 2024 after earning her degree from the University of Richmond. During her time with the salon, she discovered a passion for both guest care and the beauty industry, quickly becoming a valued part of the Serendipity team through her warm personality and dedication to creating exceptional experiences. Driven by her love for skincare, wellness, and helping others feel their best, Sumayya is currently pursuing her Master Esthetics education. As one of the emerging beauty professionals, she genuinely enjoys building connections with guests and strives to make everyone who visits the salon feel welcomed, cared for, and radiant from the inside out. Outside of Serendipity, she enjoys traveling, staying active, shopping, and spending time in the kitchen creating delicious meals for family and friends.
